Book one. Pre-read screen. Day one.

How The Light Gets In , M.J. Hyland

Before opening the book or flipping to the back cover, the cover of the novel instantly gives off an incredible amount of attitude — a girl’s red lips, face blured, cigarette burning, and flared nostrils. As the main character is reffered to as “an edgy female Holden Caulfield” by one the reviews, I can already tell how much of a handfull this girl is going to be. Respectfully so, I hope the allusion to Holden is done in good form, seeing that J.D. Salinger died today. Ironic. Enjoy.
